FY 2016 HUD-Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) agreement between the City of Orlando and Center for Multicultural Wellness and Prevention Inc.
Summary:
On July 25, 2016, City Council approved, as part of the FY 2016 Annual Action Plan, a request from Center for Multicultural Wellness and Prevention, Inc. for ESG funding in the amount of Sixty-Three Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($63,500.00).  Funding will support personnel/case management services, housing relocation and stabilization services, and rental assistance.
Fiscal & Efficiency Data:

FY 2016 HUD - Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) funding was approved on 7/25/2016 as part of the Annual Action Plan.
Recommended Action:
Approve and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the agreement with Center for Multicultural Wellness and Prevention, Inc. in the amount of Sixty-Three Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($63,500.00) after review of the documents by the City Attorney's Office and Grants Development Supervisor.
