Summary:
On July 25, 2016, City Council approved, as part of the FY 2016 Annual Action Plan, a request from Frontline Outreach, Inc. for CDBG funding in the amount of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000.00). Funding will be used towards the rehabilitation of Frontline's gymnasium. The gymnasium is located at 3000 C.R. Smith Street, Orlando, Florida 32805 and provides a place for Frontline to provide health education, fitness and character education programs to adolescents and transition-age youth from low- and moderate-income households. |

FY 2016 HUD - Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding was approved on 7/25/2016 as part of the Annual Action Plan.

Recommended Action:
Approve and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the agreement with Frontline Outreach, Inc. in the amount of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000.00) after review of the documents by the City Attorney's Office and Grants Development Supervisor. |
