FY 2016 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding agreement between the City of Orlando and Aspire Health Partners, Inc.

Summary:
On July 25, 2016, City Council approved, as part of the FY 2016 Annual Action Plan, a request from Aspire Health Partners, Inc. for CDBG funding in the amount of Three Hundred and Eighty-Five Thousand Dollars ($385,000).  Funds will be used for the roof replacement of 22,000 square feet of the 4th and 5th floor penthouse of Aspire's Princeton Plaza facility located at 1800 Mercy Drive, Orlando, FL 32808.

Fiscal & Efficiency Data: FY 2016 HUD - Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding was approved on 7/25/2016 as part of the Annual Action Plan.

Recommended Action:
Approve and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the agreement with Aspire Health Partners, Inc. in the amount of Three Hundred and Eighty-Five Thousand Dollars ($385,000.00) after review of the documents by the City Attorney's Office and Grants Development Supervisor.
