Summary:
In accordance with Federal Regulations, the City has determined that funding cannot be provided to a HOPWA Project Sponsor, X-Tending Hands, Inc., as a result of a conflict of interest between X-Tending Hands, Inc. and their Executive Director.
 

As a result, the attached amended agreement has been reduced by $163,418 to eliminate the funds allocated to X-Tending Hands, Inc.

Recommended Action:
Approve and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the Amended Intergovernmental Agreement.
