Subject:A Final Major Subdivision Plat titled Education Village Phase 3
Summary:A request for final approval of a major plat titled Education Village Ph 3.  This is a two lot plat to allow for future commercial development consistent with the previously approved Master Plan.  The subject property is located at the west of Andric Lane and north of Vickrey Place within the Education Village Neighborhood. The property is approximately 17.63 acres (SUB2016-00040)

Recommended Action:

Recommend approval of the final major subdivision plat subject to satisfactory review by City Staff and authorize signature of the Mayor, Planning Official, City Engineer, City Surveyor and City Clerk.
