Mayor Dyer will call on Commissioner Tony Ortiz to speak about Hispanic Heritage Month.  Commissioner Ortiz will introduce Ms. Rachel Moalli of the Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association.  Mayor Dyer will read the proclamation and a photograph will be taken after the reading.
