On September 21, 2015, the Orlando City Council approved an annual employment contract with Mr. Marvin Peoples to serve in the capacity of Lead Student Advocate for Parramore Kidz Zone (PKZ).

This item authorizes a one year renewal of Mr. People's employment contract, so that he can continue to provide direct academic success services to youth in close alignment with the schools they attend. The primary goal is to increase the number of Parramore youth who successfully transition from elementary to middle school, from middle to high school, graduate from high school, and achieve post-secondary credentials that will enhance their future employment and income projects.
