Employment Agreement - Linwood Harris, PKZ Lead Student Advocate
Summary:

On September 21, 2015, the Orlando City Council approved an annual employment contract with Mr. Linwood Harris to serve in the capacity of Lead Student Advocate for Parramore Kidz Zone (PKZ). 

This item authorizes a one year renewal of Mr. Harris' employment contractor, so that he can continue to perform and promote academic, social and personal success for Parramore students, in close alignment with the school(s) they attend.  The primary goal of Mr. Harris's position is to increase the number of Parramore youth who successfully transition from middle school to high school, graduate from high school, and achieve post-secondary credentials that will enhance their future employment and income prospects.

Recommended Action:
Approve the attached Employment Agreement with Mr. Linwood Harris and authorize signature by the Mayor/Mayor Pro Tem and City Clerk, subject to satisfactory review by the City Attorney's Office.
