Summary:
This item authorizes a one year contract with Marcus Moore to serve as PKZ Youth Development Coordinator. This position is responsible for developing, coordinating and overseeing Parramore Kidz Zone's non-academic youth programs, including but not limited to health/wellness activities and My Brother's Keeper collaboration. The previous incumbent left the position in January 2016 and it is currently vacant.

Recommended Action:
Approve the attached Employment Agreement for Marcus Moore and authorize signature by the Mayor/Mayor Pro Tem and City Clerk, subject to satisfactory review by the City Attorney's Office.
