Summary:
This item authorizes a one year contract with De'Mario Fountain to provide support for Parramore Kidz Zone's youth development programs, including health/wellness, youth employment and operation of all of Parramore Kidz Zone's youth athletics programs serving an estimated 1,000 children per year.

Recommended Action:
Approve the attached Employment Agreement with De'Mario Fountain and authorize signature by the Mayor/Mayor Pro Tem and City Clerk, subject to satisfactory review by the City Attorney's Office.
