Summary:
A Request for Qualification Statements (RQS) to provide survey, hydraulic analysis, preliminary design, design, bidding assistance, permitting and construction engineering services and other necessary tasks related to Replace Lift Station No 45 was issued on May 9, 2016. Five (5) firms responded to this solicitation, and the Consultants' Qualifications Board certified all five (5) firms on June 14, 2016. On July 13, 2016, the Advisory Committee shortlisted the top-ranked three (3) firms for formal interviews and oral presentations. After final presentations on August 31, 2016, the Advisory Committee met to generate a ranking of the firms as follows:
