Summary:
The Funding Agreement between the Community Redevelopment Agency and Downtown Orlando, Inc. (DOP) provides funding to the DOP for activities related to their mission statement, the support and enhancement of our downtown businesses and DOP's assistance in meeting the CRA Redevelopment Plan goals.

Recommended Action:
Approval of the Downtown Orlando, Inc. (DOP) Funding Agreement between the Community Redevelopment Agency and Downtown Orlando, Inc. (DOP), subject to review and approval of the City Attorney's Office, and authorizing the Chair of the CRA and Executive Director to execute such Funding Agreement.
