Summary:
Staff is requesting CRA approval of the Fiscal Year 2016-2017 Downtown Development Board/Community Redevelopment Agency Cost Share Agreement. The Cost Share Agreement between the DDB and CRA outlines the terms under which the DDB and CRA will share administrative costs for FY 2016-2017.

Recommended Action:
Approval of the Downtown Development Board/Community Redevelopment Agency Cost Share Agreement and authorization for the Chairman and Executive Director to execute the Agreement, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office.
