OUC Sanitary Sewer Easement - Gonzalo Sepulveda Lozano
Summary:

Gonzalo Sepulveda Lazano (“Sepulveda”) has requested that OUC and the City sell him a Sanitary Sewer Easement (“Easement”) across the driveway of the OUC Southwest Water Treatment Plant property.  The easement will be outside of the secured water treatment facility.  The 20’ easement will serve as a connection for the new Sepulveda development with the sewer system located on Wallace Road.  Sepulveda has agreed to pay OUC $10,000.00 for the purchase of the Easement.  The Easement is located north of Wallace Road and west of Turkey Lake Road.

Recommended Action:
Approval of the attached Sanitary Sewer Easement - Gonzalo Sepulveda Lozano and authorization for the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem and City Clerk to execute same, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office.
