Employment Agreement - William Stevens, Commissioner's Aide, District 4

Summary:
The City desires to retain the services of a Commissioner's Aide (hereinafter "Contractor").  The City agrees to employ Contractor and Contractor agrees to be employed by the City as a Commissioner's Aide to Commissioner Patty Sheehan, District 4.  The employment period will commence on October 1, 2016 and terminate on January 5, 2019.  This contract is being renewed at a salary of $55,286.

Recommended Action:
Approve the Employment Agreement and authorize signature by Mayor/Mayor Pro Tem and City Clerk subject to satisfactory review by the City Attorney's Office.
