Item P - Approval of Amendment No. 2 to the Primary Food and Beverage Concession Agreement with Host International, Inc., for operation of certain food and beverage concepts at designated locations in the North Terminal Complex

Item O - Approval of Amendment No. 3 to the Primary Food and Beverage Concession Agreement providing for the merger of the Specialty Beverage Concession Agreement in Airside 2, conditioned on the assignment of Stellar Partners News and Sundries Concession Agreement to Host, with a term in excess of 10 years

Item QQ - Disposal of Surplus Property no longer necessary, useful or profitable in the operation of the Airport System. A list of the property is attached.

Recommended Action:
Concur in the approval of the above-referenced items  from GOAA's June 15, 2016 and August 10, 2016 meetings, and authroization for the Mayor and City Clerk to execute any documents, agreements, etc. related thereto.
