| | | | | | | | | Subject: | Reclaimed Water Easement Agreement between Lake Nona Laureate Park, LLC and City of Orlando | | Summary: | Lake Nona Laureate Park, LLC, "LN," is the developer of the Laureate Park Phase 5A neighborhood in Lake Nona. LN has, at its cost, installed reclaimed water infrastructure to allow the City to serve the Laureate Park area. The attached Easement Agreement provides that LN is responsible for the pressure reducing valve located on the downstream side of the meter along with all pipe downstream of the meter. The City's sole responsibility is to maintain the meter assembly equipment.. | | Fiscal and Efficiency Data: | Fund: Wastewater Fund 441 | | Recommended Action: | Approval of the attached Reclaimed Water Easement Agreement and authorization for the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem to execute same, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office. | | Contact: | Roy K.
