Summary:
The City intends to construct a lift station on property, "Subject Property," owned by Williams Industrial Properties, Ltd., "Owner", located at 3101 Pennington Road. In consideration for the conveyance of the Subject Property and a Temporary Construction Easement to accommodate construction of the lift station, the City will demolish the Owner's existing septic tank and drain field as well as construct and connect a sewer line from the Owner's building located at 3055 Pennington Road, to the City's waste water distribution line. The cost of the City's work is estimated at $24,287.25. |

Recommended Action:
Approval of the Agreement in substantially the form attached and authorization for the City's Real Estate Manager to execute same, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office. |
