Ordinance number 2016-66 granting Hubbard Construction Company d/b/a Mid Florida Materials, a non exclusive franchise to provide roll off container collection and disposal of solid waste within the City Of Orlando; outlining Franchisee's duties and providing the terms and conditions under which such franchise shall operate; providing for severability and an effective date.
Fiscal & Efficiency Data: Franchise will pay the City $25.00 for each container pick up.
Recommended Action:
Approval of the attached Ordinance, number 2016-66 as drafted and authorization for the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the same adoption and review by the City Attorney's Office.
