Summary:

The Fleet Management Division is requesting to utilize Florida State Contract #25100000-16-1 with Alan Jay Toyota, of Sebring, Florida, for the purchase of eight (8) Toyota Camry Hybrid automobiles, in the total amount of $202,856.80.

These eight (8) hybrid automobiles will supplement the City's existing pool of 100% electric and hybrid-electric vehicles, furthering the City's Sustainability Initiative.

No City Certified M/WBE suppliers are registered for this commodity.

Recommended Action:

Authorize the Chief Procurement Officer to utilize Florida State Contract #25100000-16-1 and issue a Purchase Order to Alan Jay Toyota, as indicated above, in the amount of $202,856.80.
