Summary:
OFD is seeking approval to apply for and request approximately $10,000 from the Commission on Accreditation of Ambulance Services 2016 Grant Program.  These funds will be used to cover the CAAS agency application fee.
Fiscal & Efficiency Data: None at this time, if awarded will resubmit to City Council for budgeting (See attached FIS)
Recommended Action:
Approval from City Council to apply and signature of Mayor on application.
