Summary:

Preferred Trust Company LLC, FBO Jay Watson owner of property at 1510 Hazelwood Drive desires to install and maintain a 6 ft. fence within the right-of-way of Curry Ford Road (Conway Road) that is owned and maintain by the City of Orlando. Transportation Engineering and Permitting Services staff members have reviewed the request and have determined that no sight restriction or pedestrian obstruction will be created by placing the six feet high fence at this location.

Recommended Action:

Approval of the Street Right-of-Way Encroachment and Removal Agreement for a fence and authorization for the Mayor/Pro Tem and City Clerk to execute the same, subject to review by the City Attorney's Office.
