Summary:
The attached ordinance amends the future land use designation for a portion of the property from Industrial to Urban Activity Center (1.634 acres) and rezones the entire project from P/T/PH and I-G/T/PH to AC-2/T/PH for a total of 2.132 acres of property located south of Livingston Street, west of I-4 and north of W. Robinson Street, and addressed at 400 W. Livingston Street. This change will provide a single land use and zoning district for a property that is currently split-zoned.
The Municipal Planning Board recommended approval of the GMP amendment to amend a portion of the property from Industrial to Urban Activity Center future land use designation (GMP2016-00008) and rezone the entire project from P/T/PH and I-G/T/PH to AC-2/T/PH (ZON2016-00008) on June 21, 2016. The adoption for this ordinance is scheduled for August 29, 2016. |
