Easement Agreement between Piedmont-CNL Towers Orlando Owner, LLC and the City of Orlando
Summary:

CNL Plaza, Ltd. and CNL Plaza II, Ltd. own property located at 450 S. Orange Avenue and 420 S. Orange Avenue, respectively.  In conjunction with a refinancing of the properties that will result in a transfer of title to a new CNL-related entity, CNL completed a survey and discovered several minor encroachments of City infrastructure onto CNL property. CNL has requested that the City execute the attached Easement Agreement by which Piedmont-CNL Towers Orlando Owner, LLC, "Piedmont-CNL," will convey an easement at no cost to the City, authorizing the location of certain City infrastructure on CNL property.

Recommended Action:
Approval of the attached Easement Agreement and authorization for the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem to execute same, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office.
