The Procurement and Contracts Division and the City Clerk's Office have evaluated the bid and recommend award to the lowest, responsive and responsible bidder, Groundtek of Central Florida, LLC of Ocoee, FL, for Greenwood Cemetery grounds maintenance services.
The initial contract term is thirty-six (36) months with an option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year terms. This is an indefinite quantity contract. Actual expenditures will vary as usage will be on an as-needed basis at the established unit prices and available funding. Based on prior usage reports and information provided by the primary user, the estimated annual expenditure is $146,133.00. |
Recommended Action:
Approval of award to Groundtek of Central Florida, LLC and authorize the Chief Procurement Officer to enter into an agreement and subsequent renewals with Groundtek of Central Florida, LLC as indicated above in the estimated annual amount of $146,133.00 subject to review and approval by the City Attorney’s Office. |
