Summary:

Gregory A. Brown and Michelle E. Brown owners of property at 1330 Golfview Street, desires to maintain an existing fence within the right-of-way of Edgewater Court. Transportation Engineering and Permitting Services staff members have reviewed the request and have determined that no sight restriction or pedestrian obstruction will be created by placing the six feet high fence at this location.

Recommended Action:

Approval of the Street Right-of-Way Encroachment and Removal Agreement for a fence and authorization for the Mayor/Pro Tem and City Clerk to execute the same, subject to review by the City Attorney's Office.
