Summary:
The attached ordinance applies to ±8.62 acres of property generally located west of Narcoossee Road, north of Bipe Lane, and east of S. Goldenrod Road. The ordinance will amend the Growth Management Plan by changing the future land use designation from Office Low Intensity to Office Medium Intensity and amend the Official Zoning Map by changing the zoning designation from O-1/AN to O-2/AN.
The Municipal Planning Board recommended approval of the GMP amendment (GMP2016-00010) and rezoning (ZON2016-00010) on June 21, 2016. The property is currently vacant. The applicant is proposing to develop the property with an affordable multi-family residential development for seniors. |
