A request for final approval of a minor plat titled Williams-Mina A Replat , A/K/A Orlando Police Department Crime Scene Operations and Equestrian Center. This is a three lot replat to allow for a future Institutional Use. The subject property is located at 160 Geo. DeSalvia Way and 264 Andes Ave., north of Orlando Power Rd., east of Orlando Executive Airport, west of Andes Ave, and south of George DeSalvia Wy within the Orlando Executive Airport Neighborhood. The property is approximately 20 acres (SUB2015-00051)

Recommend approval of the final minor subdivision plat subject to satisfactory review by City Staff and authorize signature of the Mayor, Planning Official, City Engineer, City Surveyor and City Clerk.
