Summary:

The Wastewater Division, Facilities Management Division and Procurement and Contracts Division are requesting to utilize the Florida Sheriffs Association Contract #15-23-0904 with Tradewinds Power Corp of Miami, Florida for the purchase of two (2) 65 KW standby generators in the amount of $135,565.00.

No City Certified M/WBE suppliers are registered for this commodity.

Recommended Action:

Authorize the Chief Procurement Officer to utilize the Florida Sheriffs Association Contract with Tradewinds Power Corp and to issue a purchase order as indicated above in the amount of $135,565.00, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney’s Office.
