Summary:
Jeffrey K and Tracy L. Murphy, owners of certain real property at 1407 Lancaster Drive, desires to construct a dock that will straddle the property line, and a seawall that encroaches into the City's Property. Whereas, the Office of Legal Affairs has reviewed and created this binding agreement that will allow for the encroachment of the seawall and dock into the City's Property. |
