A Final Minor Subdivision Plat titled Lake Nona Central Parcel 9, Phase 2A

A request for final approval of a minor plat titled Lake Nona Central Parcel 9, Phase 2A. This is a four lot plat to allow for future development consistent with the previously approved Master Plan and Preliminary Plan. The development program includes 118,877 sq. ft. of office/showroom, six private athletic fields with 23,750 sq. ft. of ancillary buildings, and associated parking. The subject property is located west of  Performance Drive and south of the USTA facility within Lake Nona Central Neighborhood. The property is approximately 31.1 acres (SUB2016-00027).

Recommended Action:

Recommend approval of the final minor subdivision plat subject to satisfactory review by City Staff and authorized signature of the Mayor, Planning Official, City Engineer and City Clerk.
