This is a one lot replat to allow for future multi-family residential development consistent with the previously approved Administrative Master Plan. The subject property is located at the southwest corner of Lake Underhill Road and Verbena Court within the Monterey Neighborhood. The property is approximately 0.73acres (SUB2016-00015)

Recommend approval of the final minor subdivision plat subject to satisfactory review by City Staff and authorize signature of the Mayor, Planning Official, City Engineer, City Surveyor and City Clerk.
