The Eighth Amendment to the Orlando Fashion Square Development Order amends:
1. The legal description of the Project to include the Additional Property described on Exhibit “B” and,
2. The Existing Development Order to replace the previous Map H, Master Development Plan for the Project, with the amended and modified Map H shown on Exhibit “C”.
Pursuant to section 380.06 (19) of the Florida Statutes, amendments which create a reasonable likelihood of additional regional impact constitute a substantial deviation requiring a notice of proposed change (NOPC).
Section 380.06 (19) (e) 2f allows for certain increases in acreage, provided no additional development is added. The attached amendment does not provide additional development therefore the revision is not a substantial deviation and does not require a NOPC.
The Municipal Planning Board recommended approval of the DRI amendment on May 17, 2016 and City Council approved MPB minutes related to this case on June 20, 2016.
