Street Right-of-Way Encroachment and Removal Agreement - Wineland Residence

Charles L. and Susan D. Wineland, owners of property at 1280 Bahama Drive, desires to located a six feet high wood fence within the right-of-way of Fern Creek Avenue. Transportation Engineering and Permitting Services staff members have reviewed the request and have determined that no sight restriction or  pedestrian obstruction will be created by placing the fence  at this location.

Recommended Action:
Approval of the Street Right-of-Way Encroachment and Removal Agreement for a fence and authorization for the Mayor/Pro Tem and City Clerk to execute the same, subject to review by the City Attorney's Office.
