Summary:

The Permitting Services Division is responsible for ensuring development occurs in compliance with life-safety, Building Code and Municipal code standards. Due to improvement in the economy and an increase in construction activity, Permitting is requesting the approval of contracting Ms. Laterica Wilsonto fill the Office Assistant Contract position.Ms. Wilson will be responsible for routine records maintenance, which involves sorting, coding, filing; answering telephones, taking /relaying messages and/or routing calls; and performing related clerical tasks under the direction of the Division Manager. This position is included in the FY2016 and FY2017 budgets as a full-time, contract position. This agreement is for a one-year period, beginning on or about July 11, 2016 and ending July 10, 2017.
