Non-Exclusive Underground Transmission Pipe Utility Easement Agreements between City of Orlando, Orlando Utilities Commission and Orange County, Florida
Summary:

The City owns property located along the southern edge of Wewahootee Road east and west of John Wycliffe Blvd., in unincorporated, southeast Orange County, "RR Property".  OUC owns and operates a railroad line on the RR Property.  Orange County has requested that OUC and the City convey two separate 30 foot easements across the RR Property for the County's installation of a water main and a reclaimed water line within each of the easements.  OUC approved the easements at its meeting on June 14, 2016.

Recommended Action:
Approval of the attached easements and authorization for the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem to execute same, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office.
