Purchase Sale Agreement between City of Orlando and CSX Transportation, Inc.
Summary:

The City proposes to purchase certain property owned by CSX Transportation, Inc., “CSX,” in the vicinity of North Parramore Avenue and Bentley Street.  The property was previously leased by the City from CSX for use as a parking lot in conjunction with operation of the Nap Ford School under the terms of a Right of Way Lease, dated December 8, 1992, "Lease." The appraised value of the .26 acre property is $142,500.00, which is also the purchase price.  
Fiscal & Efficiency Data: Funds to be paid from HSG0031_G.
Recommended Action:

Approval of the attached Agreement and authorization for the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem to execute same and authority for the City’s Real Estate Manager to terminate the Lease in conjunction with the purchase, all subject to review and approval by the City Attorney’s Office.
