Ordinance number 2016-48 granting Al Roznowski Services, LLC, a limited liability company, a non-exclusive franchise to provide roll-off container collection and disposal of solid waste within the City of Orlando; outlining the Franchisee's duties and providing the terms and conditions under which such franchise shall operate; and providing for severability and an effective date.
Fiscal & Efficiency Data:

Al Roznowski Services, LLC will pay the City $25.00 for each container pick up.

 
Recommended Action:

Approval of the attached Ordinance,  number 2016-48, as drafted and authorization for the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the same upon adoption and review by the City Attorney’s Office.
