The attached employment contract for LaTippinea Campbell, PKZ Lead Student Advocate, will fill a vacant contract position within Parramore Kidz Zone. This position is responsible for providing direct academic success services to youth in close alignment with the schools they attend. The primary goal is to increase the number of Parramore youth who successfully transition from elementary to middle school, from middle to high school, graduate from high school, and achieve post-secondary credentials that will enhance their future employment and income prospects.

This position is funded via existing budgetary resources, including a three-year grant from Heart of Florida United Way.
