Proclamation - Retirement of Ben Gray
Summary:

The Mayor will call upon staff member Charles Ramdatt, Deputy Public Works Director/Transportation Engineer, who will provide a brief summary and highlights spanning Ben's 29 years of service with the City of Orlando.  Staff will then ask Ben to the front and the Mayor will read the proclamation.  Pictures will then be taken with the Mayor and Ben, and also the Mayor with Ben, his wife Sandra and sons Benjamin and James.
