Summary:
Orange County recently filed an eminent domain action against the Orlando Utilities Commission, "OUC", and the City of Orlando to acquire a utility easement that crosses the OUC rail line on the south side of the Orlando International Airport. In settlement of the matter, OUC and Orange County have agreed on the terms of the attached Easement Agreement, which establishes certain restrictions and obligations relating to Orange County's use of the easement property. OUC has requested that the City, as a title holder of the OUC rail line, approve and execute the Easement as well. |
