Release of Easement between City of Orlando and Orlando Utilities Commission
Summary:

The City is currently under contract to sell property located located north of Church Street, east of Glenn Lane, south of Central Boulevard and west of Terry Avenue to Orlando Sports Stadium, "Property."  The Property is encumbered by an easement to the City and OUC for the provision of electric utility services.  This easement is no longer necessary and must be released in order to clear title to the Property.  The attached Release was approved at OUC's April 12, 2016 Board meeting.

Recommended Action:
Approval of the attached Release of Easement and authorization for the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem to execute same, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office.
