Employment Agreement for Fire Prevention Inspector III

Summary:
The Permitting Services Division is responsible for ensuring development occurs in compliance with life-safety, Building Code and Municipal code standards. Due to improvement in the economy and an increase in construction activity, Permitting is requesting the approval of the contract agreement for Mr. James R. Hammerli in the Fire Prevention Inspector III - Contract position. Mr. Hammerli is responsible for performing building field inspections to ensure new constructions/renovations of structures are in compliance with all national, state, and local codes. This position is included in the FY16/17 budget as a full-time, contract position. This agreement is for a one-year period, beginning on or about March 28, 2016 and ending March 27, 2017.
