Summary:
The Streets and Stormwater Division is requesting to utilize Lake County Contract #15-0631A-F, with Crop Production Services, FIS Outdoor, Helena Chemical Co., SiteOne Landscape Supply, Red River Specialties, Inc., and Winfield Solutions, for the purchase of agricultural and aquatic chemicals.

The current contract term is effective through September 30, 2016 with the option to renew for four (4) additional one (1) year terms.  This is an indefinite quantity contract.  Actual expenditures will vary as usage will be based on an as-needed basis at the established unit prices and available funding.  Based on prior usage reports and information provided by the primary user, the estimated annual expenditure is $200,000.00.

No City Certified M/WBE suppliers are registered for these goods.

Authorize the Chief Procurement Officer to utilize Lake County Contract #15-0631A-F, with Crop Production Services, FIS Outdoor, Helena Chemical Co., SiteOne Landscape Supply, Red River Specialties, Inc., and Winfield Solutions, and subsequent renewals, as indicated above, in the estimated annual amount of $200,000.00.
