Summary:

The Fleet Management Division is requesting to utilize Orange County Contract #Y12-111B, with Cold Air Distributors Warehouse of Florida, Inc., of Ft. Pierce, Florida for the purchase of automotive parts and accessories for the repair and maintenance of City owned vehicles and equipment.

The current contract term is effective through December 13, 2016.  This is an indefinite quantity contract.  Actual expenditures will vary as usage will be based on an as-needed basis at the established unit prices and available funding.  Based on prior usage reports and information provided by the primary user, the estimated annual expenditure is $191,000.00.

No City Certified M/WBE suppliers are registered for these goods.

Recommended Action:
Authorize the Chief Procurement Officer to utilize Orange County Contract #Y12-111B, with Cold Air Distributors Warehouse of Florida, Inc., and subsequent renewals, as indicated above, in the estimated annual amount of $191,000.00.
