The Transportation Engineering (TRE) Division is charged with ensuring the safe, efficient and balanced movement of people and goods through the permitting, design, construction, operation and maintenance of the City's transportation infrastructure.  Due to the growth of the City of Orlando, TRE staff needs to be expanded to meet the increasing needs of the community to ensure the safety of its citizens and by providing prompt response to their requests.

The TRE Division’s continuing efforts in the areas of event management, development review, data gathering; engineering analysis; and coordination with law enforcement, community stake holders, neighboring jurisdictions and the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) requires additional qualified engineering staff.

To this end, the TRE Division has enlisted the assistance of Ms. Yaminel Reyes Albino., a Civil Engineering graduate.  The TRE Division seeks to enter into a One Year Employment Agreement with Ms. Reyes Albino to assist our staff in the much needed analysis and improvements in the area of traffic safety. 

Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the Employment Agreement with Ms. Yaminel Reyes Albino, subject to review and approval of the City Attorney's office.
