Resolution Approving GOAA Resolution Amending $200,000,000 Tax-exempt and Taxable Series 2013 Notes
Summary:
On March 16, 2016 the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (GOAA) adopted a resolution (GOAA Revolving Credit Resolution) which, among other things, approved an amendment to a revolving credit agreement relating to the $200,000,000 GOAA Series 2013 Revolving Credit Note and the $200,000,000 Taxable Series 2013 Revolving Credit Note (the "Series 2013 Notes").  GOAA has requested that City Council adopt the attached Resolution approving the amendments to the Series 2013 Revolving Credit Notes.

Recommended Action:
Adoption of the Resolution amending the Series 2013 Notes for the purposes described in the GOAA Revolving Credit Resolution, and authorization for  the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the Resolution, and any other documents related to the 2013 Notes, subject to review by the City Attorney's Office.
