The Procurement and Contracts Division and the Orlando Police Department have evaluated these quotes and recommend award to the lowest, responsive and responsible quoter, B & H Police Supply, of Merritt Island, FL, for the purchase of Factory New Frangible Ammunition.
The initial contract term is three (3) years with an option to renew for three (3) additional one (1) year terms. This is an indefinite quantity contract. Actual expenditures will vary as usage will be on an as-needed basis at the established unit prices and available funding with an estimated annual expenditure of $168,550.00.
