A Request for Qualification Statements (RQS) for the subject project was issued on November 10, 2015. Six (6) firms responded to this solicitation and the Consultants' Qualifications Board certified all six (6) firms on December 17, 2015. On January 7, 2016, the Advisory Committee shortlisted the top-ranked three (3) firms for formal interviews and oral presentations. After final presentations, the Advisory Committee met to generate a ranking of the firms as follows:

Should negotiations with the top ranked firm prove unsuccessful, approve negotiations with successively ranked firms until a successful agreement is reached. |
