Marcia Hope Goodwin, Chief Service Officer/Director will introduce Flora Maria Garcia, President & CEO of United Arts who will provide background and introduce Jay Dick, Senior Director of State and Local Government Affairs of Americans for the Arts.  Jay Dick will present Mayor Dyer with the 2016 Public Leadership in the Arts Award.  Mayor Dyer will accept the award and take photos with the art organization supporters in attendance.
